Job Description The key responsibilities of this role are the following:
Manage and maintain documents for the company's Perth team.Ensure all documentation meets formal standards and statutory requirements.Process and record document changes and updates.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for document creation and modifications.Conduct regular document audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.Assist in the development of document control procedures and policies.Provide administrative support to the team as necessary.Promote a culture of continuous improvement in document control practices.The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proven experience in document control and management.Strong knowledge of document management software.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and databases.Strong communication and coordination skills.What's on Offer What's on Offer?
