Your role at St John of God Mount Lawley H ospital In this role, you will coordinate the provision of a high level of administrative services to the Department.
The Position Provide administrative support to the Manager Establish and manage effective office management systems.
Maintains confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times.
Ensure adequate supply of educational material/manuals available.
Produces accurate well-presented documents, including typing and compilation of reports, presentations, letters, memos and minutes.
Provide secretarial support and ensure typing and distribution of minutes, correspondence and memos is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to all customer enquiries.
You will be able to coordinate meetings for department caregivers as required and have the ability to provide a high standard of word processing including the production of flyers, brochures and promotional materials and the production and updating of course material.

We can offer you Salary : $69,665 to $72,824, (pro rata for part time) plus 11.5% superannuation A Part Time position, working 22.8 hours per week.
