As the customer's first point of contact over the phone, the role is responsible for taking and keying orders and liaising with customers.
The role is also responsible for managing the accuracy of stock inventories, accounts payable duties, management of inbound and outbound deliveries over the weighbridge, and general administration duties.

Training and development opportunities, including study assistanceCompetitive wages and employment conditionsSalary continuance insuranceEmployee Share SchemeCorporate health plan with BUPA Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramOnsite parkingThe key responsibilities for this position include: Providing excellent customer service during the enquiry, order entry, and delivery process and ensuring accuracy and excellence are delivered at all timesEnsure that the daily administration processing procedures are followed per national timeframes and guidelines.Run and analyse inventory reports to ensure data integrity is maintained.Complete all inbound receival and outbound deliveries checking and verification.Conduct daily/monthly inventory reconciliations.Management of weighbridge and transport bookings for site.Receive and process all non-inventory delivery notes, standing orders, and invoices.To be considered for the role you will have: A sound knowledge of general accounting, inventory and administration functionsPrevious experience working in an office, ideally in a manufacturing environmentAn understanding of D365 and Microsoft Office systems.Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.Ability to relate to all levels of management.High attention to detail.If this is you, please visit www.ridley.com.au/about/vacancies and provide both your resume and cover letter.
