Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organisation while ensuring a high level of customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurate data input into appropriate information systems; Answering calls and emails Customer invoicing Assistance with accounts payable. Assisting with month-end tasks. Filing and record keeping; and Competent computer and time management skills. Key Attributes: Customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
