LCHS coordinates and manages a large number of volunteers to support and contribute their time to services; assisting their communities to access health services and provide social support opportunities.
The Volunteer Program provides volunteer services across Gippsland and East Metropolitan Melbourne with opportunities to expand across all sites and locations.
What you'll be doing in this role?
This newly established role joins the wider People, Learning and Culture directorate situated within the Volunteer program, providing essential administrative support and assisting the Volunteer Coordinators to manage and maintain an effective volunteer management system.
This role supports the recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operations of volunteer services.

Your work will include:
Coordinating and maintaining training compliance and general compliance tasks for volunteersScheduling bookings and volunteer rosteringAnswering queries through the service desk line and electronic platformProviding general administration support to the Volunteer CoordinatorsWhat we're looking for:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and scheduling.Effective organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.A current Victorian Drivers LicenceA current Working with Children Check (Employee)What's in it for you?
