CREST Education comprises two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,200 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) World School, with modern facilities at Clyde North. It is a growing College, adding a new year level each year; our first Year 11 classes commence in 2024.
CREST Education invites applications for the position of Administration Officer working across the 2 colleges.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out a variety of administrative duties across the CREST precinct. This role is open for applications toward a part time or full time engagement (please specify in your cover letter your availability and preference). The standard working day is from 8:10am to 4:15pm. Six weeks of annual leave, taken during school holidays, applies to this role (4 weeks paid and 2 weeks unpaid).
The successful candidate:
· is an all-rounder who will enjoy working efficiently on a range of projects and tasks;
· is equipped with outstanding secretarial skills including word processing, data entry and document production;
· has the ability to complete administration tasks whilst communicating effectively and prioritising customer needs;
· contributes to the team effort towards school functions, information and awards nights;
· is preferably experienced in a similar role in an educational environment.
