Search Current Positions We are looking for an Enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our dynamic, fast paced office team in Townsville. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, must have a passion for working with people and must want to provide exceptional customer service. Effective communication skills are essential; this includes strong listening skills. This is a busy role and you will need to enjoy the structure of following processes and procedures and have at least 1 year experience in a similar administrative position. Applicants with experience in the Community Aged Care Industry will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will manage the administrative functions of theRight at Home Townsville office. Theseduties would include, but not limited to: Administrative support to the Recruitment, Directors and Coordination teams Assist with incoming phone calls and face to face enquiries in a busy office environment Data entry including scanning and uploading of confidential client and employee information Regular reporting and compliance to meet auditing requirements Manage outlook calendar bookings General Administration Duties - Monitoring and replying to emails, maintaining office supplies, data entry, scanning and filing Ability to earn and interchange between multiple computer programs About you: Confident to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised, disciplined and grasps new concepts quickly Calm andprofessional manner, flexible andadaptable Advanced skills in Microsoft suite Collaborative andsupportive team member Demonstrated ability to effectively time manage, plan and prioritise a high volume of tasks Demonstrated experience in recruitment and on-boarding preferred Working Hours: This Position is a Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Job Type: Permanent Part-time, 30hrs per week Competitive pay and reimbursement on kilometres if using private vehicle Smart tools are provided to perform your work Rewards Programme (including discounts on a variety of services, e.g., shopping and brand names), exclusive to Right at Home staff through Rewards Gateway Rewarding position Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience within a similar Administration role Driver's Licence Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance Current Criminal History Check - or willing to obtain Current First Aid and CPR Certificate - or willing to obtain Preferred Skills As per job description.
