Rewarding opportunities exist for an experienced and flexible Administration Officer to provide high quality and professional administration support at our Strathaven residential facilities on a 6-month fixed term contract. This position will include being an assistant to the residents in their new home.
This position will include:
assisting with settling in residentsorientating and supporting residents and their familiesgaining feedback and acting on improvementsassisting residents with tasks where neededbooking appointments and other reception duties in conjunction with the Manager.Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding customer service, maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends through receiving visitors and providing friendly and professional reception and switchboard support.
You will play an active role with the Uniting AgeWell team, participating in building a community-based culture that fosters a spirit of the BEST way of life, supporting our people to be their best, give their best and help our community to live their best.
