Our client is an ASX listed Australian company specialising in asset management, maintenance, and infrastructure management. They focus on managing large-scale service delivery projects to support infrastructure needs across various sectors.
Your New Role:
Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Senior RTO Operations Coordinator, who is known for their positive, versatile and supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include:
Process applications and support students in engaging with RTO systems and processes.
Assist with various administration tasks, including scheduling and document version management.
Maintain, organise, print, and post training materials for courses.
Store scanned documentation from current and past training sessions.
Ad hoc duties as required.

About You:
Previous experience in an Admin/Coordinator role or within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
Experience in course scheduling and conducting enrolment sessions.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and/or other databases.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
