What does the job look like?
Join our dedicated Retail team as an Administration Officer, based at Kemps Creek, where you'll play a key role in managing data entry, reconciliations, and payroll for one of Australia's largest supermarket chains.
Working Monday to Friday starting 7am, you'll ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks, contributing to the seamless operations of our business.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while playing a crucial part in a high-value contract.
Key areas: Accurate data entry of financial information into internal systems Process driver payroll and subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve requests and disputes Generate daily and weekly reports for senior staff and customers Ensure all documentation is filed and archived efficiently Are you the one?
We're seeking seasoned transport professionals with experience in scheduling/allocation or relevant operations, offering training and support for the ideal candidate.
You can demonstrate: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel Strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of financial and payroll systems such as Kronos is highly regarded A team player with a positive and flexible attitude Whats in it for me?
