We are seeking a motivated, highly efficient, and organised Administration Officer to support the Manager of the Multicultural Health Service in the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). Where you'll be working Cremorne Community Health Centre What you'll be doing You will be providing a wide range of administrative tasks in an efficient and effective manner with the ability to work autonomously when required. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Demonstrated executive assistant administrative skills of a high standard. High level verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including telephone skills and the ability to draft correspondence, reports, minutes, agenda and presentations with a high level of attention to detail and to a professional standard. Demonstrated advanced skills in entering and extracting data and producing reports using pivot tables, tables and graphs.
