About the role:
As an Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage patient appointments, and support our healthcare professionals in delivering outstanding care.
St Vincent's Hospital is a major tertiary referral centre and has a busy Day Procedure Centre (DPC) which cares for Day Only Patients, Day of Surgery and inpatients who require admission for procedures in the Endoscopy Suite, Operating Rooms and Interventional Services.
Our progressive and innovative team offers a dynamic and supportive working environment.
The successful applicant will be expected to work a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between the hours 0600–2000hrs.
