The Administration Officer will join our team in our Underdale office to provide support to the broader Programmed Care team.The RoleIn this fast-paced role, where no two days are exactly the same you will be required to provide proactive support to the Operations Manager and wider team.
This will include:Reception dutiesGeneral administration duties (printing, copying, filing, binding, collation of documents)Processing referralsEntering staff handoversKey RequirementsPrevious experience in a fast-paced administration environmentHigh level of attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsAvailability Monday to FridayParticipate in providing On Call support on weekendsExperience working with different software and systemsA Certificate in Business Administration will be looked upon favourablyExperience working in a healthcare setting will also be looked upon favourablyDay to Day DutiesField external phone calls and direct to appropriate internal team memberProvide polite and courteous response to customer enquiries to support our aged clientsEnsure all referrals for service are presented to appropriate team member for approval and accurately entered in client management/rostering softwareEnsure all field staff handovers are accurately entered into rostering software in a timely mannerEnsure safety and quality objectives are achieved including but not limited to safety conversations and incident managementMaintain and manage an effective filing system, including electronic files on the document management system.Ensures appropriate security is in place for particular documents and communications given their confidential nature.As required, assist other team members to manage workloads to maintain office efficienciesWhat we offerA flexible & inclusive working environmentSupportive and experienced teamStrong customer focused meaningful workSo, it's over to you.
