This position plays a critical role providing broad administrative support to the SA leadership team including but not limited to facility management, compilation of reports and data, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns & invoice disputes, cash sales reconciliation, and investigation. The administration officer will work with stakeholders on these tasks, focusing on timely completion of tasks, accurately and reliably.
Your day will involve: Ensuring timely completion of cash sales reconciliation from Bank to Command system and processing outstanding balance and refunds. Partnering with the sales team to ensure dockets are being actioned daily and as accurately as possible. Ensuring timely and accurate investigation and resolution of customer claims and invoice disputes meeting all set KPIs. Project administration, including costing, accounts receivable invoicing, and project reconciliation. Ensuring complaints entered via Case Management have been actioned and closed out in a timely manner. Facility management and queries. Assisting with new starter set up including hardware/software, vehicle, visa card, and uniform. Assisting the SA leadership team on any other relevant administrative matters as required. Assisting the quarry operations team to manage their Preventative Maintenance work orders. Assisting Workshop in general administration when required. What are we looking for?
