The Administration Officer is responsible for providing effective administration and reception services.

About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in administration Previous experience in providing a high level of customer/client service Sound knowledge of administrative systems High level communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner High level of ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology

Requirements of the Role: Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check – don't worry, we can support this process if necessary!
Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check) Hold a current South Australian Driver's Licence (minimum Provisional License)
