The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team and local operations by providing all round administrative duties.You will be responsible for:Providing administrative support to the managers and employeesPayroll summariesLeave, medicals and training rosterOrganising functions, events, travel and site tours.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing support as requiredPerforming a range of database systems processing and administrative functions through input, maintenance and reporting of data within various systems and communication tools.Providing support with procurement and purchasingUniform and PPE orderingEnsuring all enquiries are actioned accurately and within a timely mannerDocument creation and supportAdditional ad-hoc duties as requiredAbout you:This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to enter Aurizon on an entry level basis.
