Recruitment Select are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administration Officer to join a friendly and dynamic team in the Strathbogie area. You will be required to assist & provide backup to the Team Leader Administration.
This role is full-time hours on casual pay with the opportunity to be a permanent member of their team. It offers a great work-life balance & a supportive, positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities & Duties: Provide general administration to Operations under the guidance of the Team Leader AdministrationRecord all data relating to reactive, routine and proactive maintenance by staff and contractorsRegister and archive Operations records as per procurement and record keeping requirementsOrganise PPE and staff uniform supplies and keep an inventory on such suppliesAnswer Works Depot phone calls and handle enquiriesMonitor Occupational Health & Safety within area of responsibilityUndertake any other duties as are reasonable within skills, competencyExperience in administration preferably in a local government environmentExperience in developing spreadsheets and inputting dataAbility to operate various software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to act professionally, with honesty, integrity and confidentialityHigh level of motivation and proven ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to identify problems and use initiative to create solutionsDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsAbility to manage time and to plan and organise own workloadQualifications & Experience: Managed simple financial systems, handled correspondence, developed spreadsheets and written reportsCommitment to work at different sites across the municipalityCurrent Victorian Drivers Licence is desirableAbout You: Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsHigh level of motivation and proven ability to work in a team environmentBe able to pass a Police CheckIf this opportunity sounds like the one for you, please hit 'Quick Apply' or email your resume to ******
