Seeking an Administration Assistant to work for a leading global insurance company in Shepparton, Victoria!

The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to a Loss Adjuster or small team of Loss Adjusters.

What you will be doing?

Efficient and accurate data entry, typing of assessment reports, correspondence and other documents. Claim lodgement and registration and update claims management system as required Monitor and manage dedicated mail inbox Answering inbound calls and respond to queries via telephone and email. Diary management as required Other ad hoc administration and claims related tasks as required, to assist the team

What we are looking for?

Previous experience working within the administration space. Experience within insurance/property management/claims an advantage but not required. Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. Can-do attitude and self motivation.
