Albury – Full Time Wangaratta – Full Time Shepparton – Full Time/Part Time About Watters Electrical:  Watters Electrical is the largest and longest standing electrical contracting company operating in Regional Victoria, Southern New South Wales and the Goulburn Valley. Located in Albury, Shepparton and Wangaratta, Watters Electricals' geographical influence ranges over hundreds of kilometres, providing electrical services in all aspects of the electrical industry. Watters Electrical proudly employs approximately 250 local people, we are also one of the largest employers of apprentices in the region, providing young locals the opportunity to join the electrical industry in the form of an electrical apprenticeship. Job Summary:  We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organisation while ensuring a high level of customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurate data input into appropriate information systems; Answering calls and emails Customer invoicing Assistance with accounts payable. Assisting with month-end tasks. Filing and record keeping; and Competent computer and time management skills. Key Attributes: Customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
