The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for the school in greeting and assisting students and visitors, and provides administrative support and record keeping for school operations, responding to requests/needs from staff, management, students, parents, and the community in a timely manner.
This position will be working across both the Mt Chalmers and Glenlee sites, as may be required.
What do I need for the role? Demonstrated experience in administrative office procedures and attention to detail, preferably within a secondary school environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.Desirable: Business Administration qualification or relevant field.

The school is made up of two campuses.
The senior school (Grade 9-12) is located at 46 Dawson Road Glenlee, and the junior school (Grade 7 and 8) is located at 16 School Street Mt Chalmers.
