Administration Officer Casual Position Available Utilise your Administration experience to grow your career across our National Network! The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our broad administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service in the coordination of administrative functions across the clinic, primarily in the front office and reception. This will involve but not be limited to providing support and assistance to the administrative and clinical teams as well as patients and relatives, by coordinating the clerical requirements for patients from admission to discharge.
About You The successful applicant will be a positive, responsible, self-motivated person with excellent people and telephone skills. It is essential that you have a strong focus on detail, highly developed relationship skills, commitment to customer service and a 'can do' approach, and an unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.
You will also bring: Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)Experience with Meditech or similar patient data management system (Desirable)Understanding of Health Funds and patient eligibility (desirable)High attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and within a team structureHigh level of competency in computer and Microsoft Office skillsRemuneration On offer is base hourly rate of $32.44+superannuationbased on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clerk Grade 3 Yr1)
