This role will see you joining our growing Allied Health team at our stand-alone outpatient facility, co-located with Ramsay Psychology on McLeod Street Cairns.
This role will see you provide support and assistance to patients and staff and undertake the following responsibilities: Manage enquiries and schedule patient bookingsProcessing payments for appointments, including third-party payers such as NDISMaintain diary management for our team of Allied Health professionalsEnsure the office environment is tidy and presentableThis position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills.
About You To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.
