This role is permanent full-time and is situated in Dingley.
RoleIn this role, your primary focus will be on scheduling and customer service but will also include but not limited to:
Medical appointment scheduling for clinicians using a healthcare ticketing systemReferring to Patient management systemPhone and email managementCustomer Service, data entry, document handlingStakeholder management both internal and external including family members, clinicians, GP's, and Geriatrician'sGeneral day-to-day Administration tasksTo be successful in this role you will possess administration experience, preferably within a medical and/or aged care space.
