Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking experienced Administrators with outstanding customer service skills to join our team on a full-time basis.
AM and some PM (up to 8:30 pm) shifts are available, as part of a seven-day working roster.
This is a busy role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, and staff.
You should enjoy working in a dynamic environment, meeting and greeting, managing phones, and completing administrative work.

About the Role: This opportunity will see you join our team as an all-rounder to assist where required.
Your duties will vary day to day and may include: Answering and redirecting calls Preparing admission paperwork Maintaining accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records Performing Health Fund Checks as required Managing the collection of excesses/co-payments Coordinating with staff from other departments Completing other clerical tasks such as data entry Qualifications: Previous reception/administration experience Prior experience in the health industry would be advantageous Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Flexibility to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts Experience working with patient management systems (desirable) Why Healthscope?
