Aboriginal people are encouraged to apply and are preferred for this position.In addition, a $5000 remote allowance for all Pilbara employees.About the role:The Administration Officer, Pilbara will:Provide high quality PA and administration support to the Manager Pilbara & NT and administrative support to the Greater Pilbara Services and WA/NT administration team.Liaise as required with staff from MacKillop's Offices, as well as staff from a wide range of government and non-government agencies.Oversee the local integration and alignment of all 'back office' functions, including contracting and standards, policy implementation, community relations, finance and business services, and human resource management in partnership with relevant MacKillop staff locally and at head office.This is a Fixed Term Full time until 12/01/2025 with the possibility of early cessation or extension opportunity based in Port Hedland, WA within our Western Australia (WA) / Northern Territory (NT) Services Program.
