About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated individual who is experienced in administration to contribute to the effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the Pilbara Regional Office, located in Port Hedland.As Administration Officer you will be the first point of contact for visitors and undertake a variety of tasks including: Administration support to the business area.Central point for correspondence including telephone calls, emails and invoices.Travel bookings.Coordination of meeting and training documentation as required.
