The Administration Officer position provides the highest level of administrative support to ensure effective business processes, continuous improvement, and exceptional internal and external customer service.
This position is deployed within a dedicated Council business unit but will also provide administrative support across Council as required.

About you Certificate III Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications or experience.
Advanced competence in the use of Microsoft Office Software.
Class C Drivers Licence.
Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description).
Demonstrated Fundamental Level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description).
Previous experience in using Civica's Authority System (desirable).
We offer Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week.
Salary from $60,773 to $65,579 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation.
