Programmed Facility Management are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our Minesite Village Management Team. Benefits Provided $88,300 + Super, with Benefits Program and Corporate Discounts Job security with long term rosters, working in an essential industry for a well-known Mining Company located at Golden Grove, Yalgoo Uniforms / PPE and Accommodation An Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a range of support and counselling services for any issue, personal or work related Key Responsibilities The Site Administrator is primarily responsible and accountable for mobilizing, onboarding, and greeting / checking-in both Residents and Employees into the Minesite Village, utilizing Client and Programmed systems and procedures. The Site Administrator will provide excellent customer service and demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Village, the operations, available amenities, and services.
The incumbent is a key person in the Minesite Village Management Team and is involved in promoting positive staff morale and a safe work environment, ensuring quality systems, and supporting business and client focus within the PFM business and across the company.
Duties include:
Site mobilisation and access for Residents and Employees, including Medical Clearances, required Training and Travel bookings via Client systems Resident Front Desk / Reception tasks including check-in, room / housekeeping requests Assistance with month-end financial and reporting duties Providing the Village Manager with adhoc / cleaning reports, scheduling required meetings, minuting daily team meetings, activities and rostering support Assisting the Village Manager with the day-to-day operation of the mining village, ensuring that it is a safe and secure environment for both Residents and Visitors and facilities are maintained to a high standard, at all times Monitoring freight manifest, goods received and logging Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards Liaise with other departments and stakeholders, including procurement, and project managers, to ensure the smooth operation of the mining site Assist other site departments, such as the Retail Shop from time to time, if required About You To join our team, you will be an experienced and highly organized Site Administrator, with a "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail and passion for providing first-class customer service. You will possess:
VALID C Class License Australian Working Rights Ability to pass comprehensive (Client) Pre-Employment Medical including Instant Drug and Alcohol Screening Current satisfactory National Police Check (within 6 months) Advanced experienced with INX Intuition and InFlight booking systems The following experience / qualifications with Camp Facilities such as First Aid, Certificate III / IV Commercial Cookery or Hospitality, HR License, PDT Authorisation, HRWL (LF), RSA / Approved Manager, ARO Certification and Cleaning (desirable) Additionally, you will also possess the following skills:
