Our Patient Services Team have several vacancies for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the hospital's Admissions and Reception.
Key functions include: Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsOrganise appointments and prepare admission paperworkConduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visitsMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including the preparation of medical recordsPerform Health Fund Checks as requiredManage the collection of excesses/co-paymentsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entryAbout You You will hold a minimum of 3 years' of administration experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
