Rewinds and Sales is a wholly Western Australian family-owned, award-winning, medium sized business operating since 1964, servicing multiple industries including mining, manufacturing, water treatment and agricultural sectors across Western Australia. We are an authorized Davey Premium Master Dealer, Onga Pump Shop and Puretec Filtration specialist. 
Our business activities include rewinds/repairs and overhauls to:
AC and DC electric motors from 75 Watts to 800kWAlternators/generators to 1250kVAAll types of centrifugal and submersible pumpsGearboxes and motorised pulleysModification to Australian standards and/or client/mining specification of new motorsSupply of new electric motors, pumps, generators, and water filtration equipmentAbout the roleThis position is based in Belmont and will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Exceptional customer service and managing shared mailbox Ordering and liaison with suppliersPurchase order administration, maintenance and reconciliation of supplier statementsJob costing and drafting quotes for sales and repair jobsReport writing support for motor and pump repairs Inventory review support and stock managementCredit applications, credit references and approvals Reception duties coverage as secondary point of contact Skills and experienceCompletion of year 12 as a minimum with relevant certificate in business administration will be desirableStrong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service, written and verbal skillsAbility to work in a team environment and multi-task is essential Previous experience in a similar role Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite - outlook, word, excel Experience in an accounting software (MYOB or similar) will be highly regardedAbility to follow safety proceduresValid driver's licence Positive and can-do attitudeCandidates must have Australian permanent work rights. 
We have a steady pipeline of incoming work which enables us to provide a stable environment to our team members. Our business hours are Monday to Friday generally between 8:00am to 5.00pm.
