An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Group Assets team for a highly organised administration professional.
Working at our Victoria Park head office on full time basis, this role will see you provide administration support to the wider team, with a focus on strong customer service.
Working at Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Permanent salaried role Salary sacrifice and novated leasing Discounted health insurance Key responsibilities: Provide administrative services with the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) process of assets including, setting up of associated asset financial and depreciation details.
Provide administrative services directly to assigned teams to support the plant & equipment/logistics function including vehicle licencing and insurance claim processing.
Support and engage with a diverse customer base from both office and site-based locations to deliver on business requirements.
Organise information into forms, registers, reports or databases Communicating with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes and status updates for deliveries Maintaining asset information in various systems whilst overseeing the accuracy and integrity of these systems Prepare information for dissemination to others including monthly plant and equipment reports.
What you'll bring: Demonstrated experience in a similar administration position   Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple new supply chain systems e.g.
JDE System & MARS Experience in basic software systems such as Microsoft Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and flexibility The ability to work unsupervised and use your initiative Great customer service skills  Similar Asset Administration or Accounting/Financial expertise is advantageous, but not essential  Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
