About the role:
A rewarding opportunity for you to provide high quality and professional administration support at our Kingsville residential facility on a casual basis.
In this role, you will:
Provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends
Check in visitors, contractors and other guests, ensuring OSH guidelines are followed
Provide friendly and professional reception switchboard support
Perform ad-hoc administration duties as required or advised
About you:
This is the place for you if you have:
Experience and expertise in managing a busy switchboard and reception
Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of people, including older people or those who have disabilities
Experience in residential aged care or community is strongly preferred
Experience in database and finance systems
Excellent proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
