The Role: Playing a valued part in our administration team based in Perth, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for Manheim's customers.
This would include directing and answering questions that arise from customers, providing general enquiry assistance and completing all administrative tasks to assist with transactions in the auction process.
This role is an all-rounder position that is flexible, requires willingness to learn new skills and can assist the team with other tasks if required to reach a team deadline or goal.
This will be a Part-time role, working hours will be Monday – Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm (approximately 24 hours per week).
Our Team: The Perth Administration team is a small, close knit group who work very closely to support our public and dealer customers while acting as a support network for our sales teams.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to triage priorities and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities: Maintain exceptional customer service to Manheim customers and clients Build and maintain a good knowledge of the site and industry in order to aid customers with enquiries Strongly execute all reception duties, including assisting customers and clients on auction days Consistently perform all general administration tasks that are required to a high standard ensuring compliance as required Meet all requirements of a sale by processing all required payments and vehicle transfer documentation   Develop further skills to assist the team where able to ensure that the site runs smoothly Produce and follow up unpaid invoices as well as raise purchase orders Skills & Experiences: Exemplary customer service skills Intermediate MS Office skills Data entry skills Willingness and flexibility to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience in SAP will be an advantage Previous Dealer Online experience would be an advantage Our Benefits?
