About the Opportunity We are currently seeking experienced Administration Officer with a passion to work in Aged Care, who is proactive and passionate about the management of resident care. This role will be working on a Casual basis, with availability to work at least 2 days per week. This is a busy role, the ability to multitask and manage competing demands is essential; Rostering experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
About You The ideal candidate will have strong experience in finance and administration as well as the following qualities:
Flexibility, with a can do attitudeExcellent presentationAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including the elderly and all levels of staff within the organisation.A compassionate and personable mannerA knowledge of aged careHigh proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledgeThe ability to work autonomouslyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsPlease note : Our recruitment process involves the completion of a National Police Check.
