Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
We are seeking an experienced office professional to provide administrative support to our heavy equipment maintenance team based in Shoal Point.
Duties would include:
Maintaining the fleet register - adding and removing equipment, registrations, filing relevant documentation, updating maintenance records etcOrdering and stock control.Data entry and support for accounts payable & receivable, payroll, human resource functionsAnswering phones and using initiative to deal with enquiriesTo fulfill the requirements of this position you would possess the following qualities as a minimum:
An office administration background (experience in a workshop environment would be highly regarded)Able to work with minimum supervisionAccuracy and attention to detail;Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;A positive and mature attitudeIf you feel that you are suited to this position, please submit your resume together with a brief cover letter.
