About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity for a Administration Officer to work in collaboration with the administration team to provide ongoing communication and support to internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Identifying customer needs, researching solutions, and providing timely resolutions Handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, directing them appropriately Managing claims at the pre-approval stage and following up with clients Providing updates and maintaining communication with stakeholders Completing insurance assessment submissions and basic invoicing tasks Arranging building contracts and managing incoming correspondence Supporting internal staff with submissions and administrative tasks About You    Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organised under pressure Thrives in both autonomous and team environments Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on 0413 778 084 or email ******.
