Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Full time opportunity to work in Bourke NSW, the real outback town!

We have a Full Time Admin opportunity for the right candidate in Bourke! We are looking for an individual who wants to be the helping hand and welcoming face our community engages with when they use our services.
Bourke Aboriginal Corporation Health Service (BACHS ) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service providing primary health care services to the local community. We aim to deliver holistic, comprehensive, and culturally appropriate health care to the community.
The role In this role you will provide professional customer service, practice support and administrative services and support to the Management team. You will act as a point of contact for the Management team and be responsible for coordinating, planning and supporting their day to day activities. Additionally, you will support the administration function within the primary care clinic.
About you To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience:
Current valid Driver's license, minimum of Class "C" or equivalent with a good driving record Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation and the community Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to demonstrate empathy when required Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively manage workload Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise tact, initiative and sound judgement Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands Previous administration experience Ability to use computer programs and have a high level of computer literacy Ability to hold all relevant security clearances including National Police Sound computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite We offer an excellent range of benefits including:
