Administration Officer

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team at Leichhardt, close to Sydney CBD. Working hours are between 8am-5pm.
Main Duties:

Preparing quotes/invoices
Liaising with customers
Sending emails

Skills Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Xero/Myob experience preferred
Excellent phone manner
Fluent English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Punctual
Organized with problem-solving skills
Valid driver license and car

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Contract, Fixed term
Contract Length: 24 months
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (negotiable)
Schedule:

8 hour shift
