Where you'll be working
The Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch (WPTD) is a part of the People, Culture and Governance Division of the NSW Ministry of Health, and is responsible for planning, developing, facilitating, and evaluating workforce, culture and talent strategies across the NSW health system, to improve health outcomes for the people of NSW. In collaboration with national and state agencies and other stakeholders, WPTD aims to establish a clear picture of the health workforce now and into the future to improve workforce supply and distribution.
About the Role
The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Strategic Operations Unit The focus of the role is the provision of effective and high-level organisational and administrative support. This will occur within a performance based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer focused work culture.

Selection Criteria Demonstrated organisational and time management skills working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise and multi-task in achieving goals.Demonstrated proficiency in the use of relevant office software systems and processes including the Microsoft Office suite, Oracle iProcurement and Content Management systems.Highly developed interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
