Administration Officer

Established in 1991, our clients pride themselves on providing dedicated services to the Mildura community and its surrounding areas. They are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic Administration Officer to join their team for a 2-month contract. In this role, you will be integral to our administrative team, focusing on the management of personnel documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include archiving hard-copy personnel files, scanning and digitising employee paperwork, and ensuring all documents are filed electronically.Responsibilities:Archive and organise hard copy personnel files.Scan and digitise current employee paperwork.Maintain electronic records and implement proper filing procedures.Reviewing electronic filing system.Support additional administrative tasks as needed.Requirements: Police Check.NSW and VIC Working with Children Check.If you are an empathetic and organised person looking for a short-term opportunity, we want to hear from you!
