About the role Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Administration Officer role will undertake duties required to ensure the office and associated administration functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
You will take responsibility for the processing of general centre administration, website enquiries, payroll, member accounts, accounts payable and receivable and member communication.
Importantly, the administration officer will demonstrate high levels of customer service.
This is a Permanent Full Time Role based at Fawkner.
The remuneration for this role is $50,983 per annum plus super.
About you To be successful in this role you will have a demonstrated understanding of customer needs, expectations and ability to resolve of issues.
With strong verbal and written communications, excellent interpersonal skills you will have the ability to problem solve.
Other requirements include: Punctual in both attendances on shift and attendance at staff meetings Well-developed skills in managing time, setting priorities and organisation of a busy workload Ability to manage conflict with patrons and members Experience in Interacting with patrons and provides clear verbal instructions that are understood and implemented Ability to use PC systems and a variety of software packages Essential Qualifications HLTCPR201A Perform CPR or equivalent HLTFA301B Apply First Aid or equivalent Required prior to commencement: Working with Children Check (Employer) At the Y Victoria, we are committed to empowering all Children and Young People to feel safe and be safe.
