Reporting directly to the National Director of St Vincent's Virtual and Home, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Virtual and Home Leadership team, including administrative support for the National Director, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and other ad hoc administrative support for the wider team.This position is available on a Permanent Part-Time basis three (3) days per week and is located at our Melbourne Group Office.You will:Support the National Director with diary and email management and other administrative tasksProvide administrative support for ELT/Board and Divisional meetings including preparing agendas, committee papers, minute management, reporting and other ad-hoc administrative dutiesWork with the National Director and Leadership team to support in business proposals, developing presentation decks, content library management, tender administration tasks, competitor analysis and document managementCoordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders, reconcile credit card statements and expense claims and assist with the orientation of new staff membersActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a high degree of professionalism and quality customer serviceYour Contribution:Demonstrated success in a similar administration role preferably within the Australian health and community services sector5+ years' experience providing administration support to executives and senior leadersProven organisational skills, great attention to detail and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlesslyExtensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, great communication skills and demonstrated success working in a flexible, positive and collaborative environmentProven ability to support in the preparation on executive reports and papers, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvementNationally Coordinated Criminal History Check under 6 months (or willingness to obtain)What we offer:Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its serviceCompetitive salary packaging optionsDiscounted private health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesAccess to the Fitness Passport (FP)St Vincent'sSt Vincent's Health Australia is the largest diversified health care organisation within Australia's not for profit Catholic health care sector.
