The Anatomical Pathology Unit of the Alfred Pathology Service is looking for a mature and focused individual for the role of secretary/receptionist to the Unit. The position is full time Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The successful applicant will be responsible for reception duties, secretarial support to the Director and senior staff along with various clerical and administrative tasks forming part of Unit operations. Daily activities include handling telephone enquiries, managing emails, receiving visitors, organising case meetings, printing and faxing reports, document scanning and filing, processing slide returns and general data entry.
