What You'll Do: Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, providing a welcoming presence for all.
Oversee school maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient learning environment.
Provide executive support to the Principal, including diary management, event coordination, communication handling, and meeting preparation.
Contribute to the organization of school events, from Open Days to community celebrations.
What You'll Bring: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with staff, families, and visitors.
Proficiency in using modern administrative tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

The successful applicant must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and undergo a National Police Record Check.

Salary Range:  Category B - Subdivision 2: $62,000 - $72,000 (based on experience), in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA).
