Northpark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport and onsite parking is available. La Trobe Private Hospital is located at 920 Plenty Road, Bundoora next to La Trobe University.
As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include: Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Answer and redirect callsOrganise pre-admission and admission paperworkMaintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical recordsCoordinate with staff from other departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entrySkills required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAble to work autonomouslyExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Why Healthscope?
