Permanent full-time position available Supportive and fun team environment Training and ongoing development provided Holmesglen Private Hospital is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Hospital's Administration team as an Administration Officer on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to delivering a high standard of customer focused care, and have excellent time management and organisational skills. About us Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class facility located in the Southeastern region of Melbourne. Close to public transport and with affordable onsite parking. Holmesglen Private is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units – including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services.

As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include: Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate Maintain accurate records Coordinate with Doctors and staff from different departments Patient admission and discharges Manage a busy reception desk Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry Essential Criteria: Authority to Work in Australia Medical administration or medical reception experience desirable Experience with Medical Software i.e. WebPAS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Why Healthscope?
