Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friendsEnsure accurate and up-to-date data entry for financial reconciliation.Communicate with customers and their families to understand and evaluate their experience with Uniting AgeWellChecking in visitors, contractors and other guests, ensuring OSH guidelines are followedMaintain up-to-date staff records and manage reports, filing, and archivingProvide friendly and professional reception switchboard supportAd-hoc Administration duties as required or advisedAbout you: You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, to support them to live life to their potential
