Knox Private Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the consulting suites on both a part time and casual basis.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to a high standard of customer focused care, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include: Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebateMaintain accurate recordsCoordinate with Doctors and staff from different departmentsComplete other clerical tasks such as data entrySelection Criteria: Authority to Work in AustraliaGeneral clerical experience (hospital/medical practice setting preferred)Experience with Medical Software is desirableExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)To Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form.

More Information: Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, WWCC (where applicable) and evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment.
Staff in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
