Knox Private Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside our team of Administration staff in supporting the consulting suites on both a part time and casual basis.
About the role This role will be Monday to Friday during normal working hours.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, committed to a high standard of customer focused care, excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include: Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebateMaintain accurate recordsCoordinate with Doctors and staff from different departmentsPatient admission and dischargesComplete other clerical tasks such as data entrySelection Criteria: Authority to Work in AustraliaGeneral clerical experience (hospital/medical practice setting preferred)Experience with Medical Software is desirableExcellent customer service and communication skillsAccurate data entry skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detailExperience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Applications close: 23/10/24
