Our client is seeking a dedicated administrative assistant to join the legal team.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in facilitating the running of reports and the smooth operation of various programs from an administration & organisation standpoint.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination and organisation of various programs and activities.Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services.Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling student information and records.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required by the team.Provide general administrative support to the Legal & Compliance Team as needed.About You:Previous experience in administrative roles in education, health, or not-for-profit highly desirable.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Sensitivity and empathy towards children with diverse learning needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in working with children.Must have a WWCC or be willing to get one.BenefitsHigh performing, prestigious, professional and warm culture.Great inner city location.ASAP start and potential to extend.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion.
